The Transformer Health Monitoring System
(THMS) is an advanced solution designed for
real-time monitoring and maintenance of
electrical transformers equipped with voltage,
current, temperature, and oil level sensors,
the system gathers critical data necessary for
assessing a transformer's condition. This data
is not only securely transmitted to a user's
smartphone via Wi-Fi through an ESP32
microcontroller but is also simultaneously
displayed on an LCD screen in real-time. The
THMS offers continuous monitoring, early
fault detection, and user-friendly interfaces,
making it a valuable tool for enhancing
transformer reliability and preventing costly
downtime. This research paper explores the
THMS components, operational principles,
and the manifold benefits it brings to utility
companies, industrial facilities, and various
critical applications in the power distribution
sector, where real-time data display on an
LCD screen plays a pivotal role in ensuring
operational efficiency and safety
