Background of Study: Breastfeeding is the nourishing of an infant or young child with breast milk straight from female breasts (i.e., via lactation). Aims and Objectives: To develop and implement the video-assisted learning seeing breasting technique among antenatal mothers in selected rural areas in Surendra Nagar district. To assess the efficiency of video-assisted learning on information holding among antenatal mothers in chosen rural areas in the Surendra Nagar district. To associate pre-test & post-test information viewing lactating techniques among antenatal mothers in select rural areas in Surendra Nagar district. Method: Measure the effectiveness of the VAL programme on breastfeeding techniques among antenatal mothers living in the rural community of Surendra Nagar district through a pre-experimental method. Results: The mean score of the samples in the pre-test is 9.26 and the mean score of the samples in the post-test is 18.26. Conclusion: A study concludes that the 50 antenatal mothers of a particular rural community area of Surendra Nagar had adequate data regarding breastfeeding techniques and the association between pre-test and post-test know-how among the antenatal mother of the elected rural community of Surendra Nagar is positive.
