The COVID -19 pandemic has affected people from all walks of life. The fast expansion of this disease has posed numerous economic, environmental, social and health difficulties to the whole human population. Due to the lack of effective medications and vaccines for therapy, social distancing, masking, and taking Ayushkwath, as well as other ayurvedic treatments indicated by the Ministry of Ayush, were the only options. The World Health Organization (WHO) proposed a lockdown to prevent the virus from spreading. On March 22, 2020, India experienced the world's largest COVID lockdown. The current study attempted to emphasize the influence of lockdown on people such as laziness, poor sleep, and sthaulya, as well as an analysis of several lifestyle changes such as working from home, online teaching, digital purchasing, changing internet habits, and their management through Ayurveda. This study was based on an online survey with over 300 respondents from various parts of India.
