Abstract

This paper provides an effective checking method for bus passes in bus transportation paperless and more digitalized manner. The system will make bus pass checking very easy since it is user-friendly. Utilization of this system will increase productivity. This paper mainly aims to provide an effective checking facility for bus the pass virtually and keep the user’s details updated and transport details on daily basis. Consequently, this system decreases the manual work of the educational transport department. This system is designed to provide time-consuming, comfortable to the students and the administrator. Students’ information at the entry level will be recorded automatically when they pass near the scanner and it will be stored on the Internet of Things (IoT) webpage. While students are entering the bus and scanning is performed with the id card. Moreover, our proposed work checks the students’ body temperature and a sanitizing mechanism is attached to the system for preventing the pandemic situation. Arduino microcontroller has been used for real-time implementation.
