Abstract

Perovskite are the materials which are gaining attention of researchers since few decades because of their wide range of applications in various fields like sensors, solar cells, fuel cell, wave guides and capacitors etc. Perovskites are the compounds having general formula ABO3 where A and B are catios and O is anion which is bonded with both A and B. In this paper, a review is done on different synthesis method, their characterization technics and some of applications are listed.
