Triangular Wave Generator using Integrator and Square Waveform Generator

Abstract

The main purpose of the article is to set up and study triangular waveform using Op-amp 741. A square waves are mostly used in many applications of Electronics. Many of electronic/electrical digital devices output square waves, but triangle waves are used much less comparatively to square wave. They are used in sampling circuits, tone generator etc. as its applications are less but there used for this reason we need to study how to convert square waveform into triangular waveform. We can do it with basic element like capacitor, op-amp, and resistances. In this article describe generate triangular wave using operational amplifier 741. Exciting method is using Function generator for generate the Triangular wave. Triangular waveform generator is simple circuit which just can be made using square waveform generator and integer as shown in block diagram. The integrator convert square wave into triangular wave. The triangular wave is very much essential for comparator to generate pulse width modulation. Conditions can be varied and outcomes investigated. Critical situations can be investigated without any damage to equipment and no risk. It is cost effective. Easy to use, it can be operated anywhere, No equipment cost required, High Efficiency, Highly accurate. High efficiency and highly accurate etc.
