Abstract

The fingerprint attendance system contributes to the automation of attendance collection and the procedure of the educational institute using biometric technology (fingerprint). It's highly effective compared to traditional traffic procedures and saves time compared to the traditional method. This study proposes a system that is flexible, cheap, easy to use and capable of integration with the future development of an educational institute. The proposed system is the most effective solution that maintains the discipline of students at the highest level and enables student guardians to monitor and track the attendance of their students via the Internet.

This research work has application to the attendance systems of employers and students in widespread. The primary layout and task is the layout of database architecture and its enterprise logic. The goal of the machine is to implement dependable techniques for fingerprint picture enhancement and minutiae extraction. The overall performance of those techniques could be evaluated on a fingerprint statistics set and statistical experiments can then be accomplished on the fingerprint information set. The paintings of Galton defined a fixed of Galton capabilities for fingerprint identity, however, most of these capabilities aren't used in automatic fingerprint identity systems.

This study wills awareness of ridge endings and bifurcations, picture enhancement and trivialities extraction from fingerprints, and statistical evaluation of fingerprint trivialities. The fingerprint image enhancement set of rules employed by Hong et al. may be evaluated and implemented. A statistical framework for studying device performance could be presented. There are some problems with fingerprint reputation or identity security, along with catching a chilly one with the aid of touching a biometric gadget.
