Abstract

Good Experience is based on strong relationships between dialogue, satisfaction and these drive customer retention. In simple terms, customer retention is all about the customer and the customer’s experience. Without long term buyer-seller relationship it is difficult to create customer retention. Regardless of whether or not the purchase is ongoing or a one-time deal to ensure that customers remain happy, spread positive word-of-mouth and are open to up-selling opportunities, the provider must continually educate and encourage their clientele to use the product or service to its full capacity.
