Despite the obvious and substantial advantages, the effects of human resource incentives on employee job satisfaction among the personnel at public health facilities in Kwara State, Nigeria, have not been fully investigated. With a sample population of 2,139 people who work in public health facilities in Kwara State, the study used the descriptive research design approach to collect data by selecting some healthcare personnel from hospitals in the state. Data were then analyzed using SPSS version 23. The results showed a substantial association among the three (3) components of incentives for human resources. It should be noted that the relationship between the three (3) tested dimensions of human resources incentives- recognition, compensation, and job security- is not as strong as one might anticipate. This could be because there may be other significant variables or underlying factors that have an impact on employee job satisfaction in Nigeria in addition to the three (3) tested dimensions of human resources incentives. As a result, it is stated that the three (3) aspects of human resources incentives that were chosen for this study's research that promoted employee job satisfaction are typically advised for supervisors to encourage and ensure. Owners and management of public health facilities should ensure that employees and their dependents' insurance policies are up to date, pay salaries on time, and provide cash incentives.
