Service Now as a Platform

Abstract

In this research paper, I will be covering the aspects of Service Now platform what is it, and analysis of same with market players. The primary motive of the research paper is to provide information about Service Now and understanding basics of it. The project is carried out using the Service Now platform, Google Chrome browser, and assisting articles at the Service Now Docs. My research paper consists of two phases: Knowledge and Implementation. As a result, I have given numerous real-life examples used in Service Now. Regarding practical abilities, I am able to create and manage users, groups & roles.
