The idea of a Visual Cryptographic with incorporating H Function by Fingerprint Authentication Voting system in Pakistan Using Electronic Voting Machines

Abstract

For security, it is a necessity to introduce
a novel secure voting system for general
elections in Pakistan. It is a decision to
move from Electronic Voting Machines to
security-based voting using electronic
gadgets and service of internet which
facilitates citizens to cast vote from
anywhere. 80 % of Pakistan's population
is expected to have electronic gadgets
connected to the internet which can be
used to cast votes with the liberty of
voting from a remote place. This paper
presents a secure voting system that can
provide confidentiality and security using
visual cryptography. Trusted
authentication is achieved using the
proposed technique.
