Abstract

The new immunological technique used to detect, identify and quantify the antigens and antibodies, like immunoglobulins and extractable nuclear antigens is known as Ouchterlony double immunodiffusion or passive double immunodiffusion technique. Örjan Ouchterlony, the Swedish Physician first invented this test technique in 1948. This article has just shown the procedure and also the result that has derived after studying the interactions by the samples provided in a kit.
