In the current review, we collected valuable information on the effect of chemicals that preserve health from several sources. Preservatives are substances that are added to foods to keep them from being damaged and to keep them fresh for as long as possible. These substances may pose a threat to human health as they contain chemicals. Harmful exposure to the diseases, including heart and diabetes. The rust progression spoils the greatest foods, expressly those that are extraordinary in plumpness. Fat stinks rapidly when bare to oxygen. Anti-oxidants work to avert the rust development, and the supreme popular antioxidants are ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and ascorbate.
