Abstract

Urbanization has increased exponentially in the recent decades. At an equivalent part there's a rise in waste production. Waste management has been a vital issue to be addressed. To control these waste management system we've to supply smart dustbins in home, in our surroundings, in bus stands, in many of us feat areas, in railway stations, in colleges, in hospitals etc. currently we've to scale back waste all told places we've to place dustbins where it desires these is garbage management system. Smart dustbin is an automated dustbin planned to reduce human effort and to make a better environment through cleanliness. The project focuses to implement an operating model that has options like mechanism of automatic lid and garbage level sensing. Arduino UNO has been used for the managing of the sensors and motor. The main aim of the project is to upgrade the garbage system from conventional dustbin to smart dustbin.
