Abstract

Automation becomes a need for everyone to reduce their efforts and increase their working efficiency. In a perspective way, we did the automation of the machine lab. In the project of machine lab automation, we focused on the automation of machines in the laboratory. In which we used IoT. By using various sensors, we can obtain test results in the form of digital data of the machines in the fastest and most accurate way. The output of the sensors given to the ATmega 328p board, LCD is interfaced to the atmegh328p. We can see the readings of experiments on an LCD. With the use of ESP8266 WIFI Module, we can view all the test results and readings on the web page directly from the machines. Those who want to see test data, can login on web page to access the data. Automation not only decreases the human error associated with observational readings but also increases efficiency. This helps to maintain the consistency of the system. It also enhances the appearance, quality, precision, and accuracy as compared to an analog system.
