Customer Satisfaction with Health Insurance

Health insurance is the most beneficiary thing to do in a human's life which will be helpful for future emergencies. This study aims to understand the present health insurance that is provided to the public and to make sure that they are using it effectively and efficiently. This study also concentrates on the service provided in health insurance and to ensure whether the services provided give satisfaction to the insurance holders in their emergency time. There are so many health insurance schemes which are available in public and private health insurance sectors. The eligibility to obtain health insurance starts from 18 years. A formative questionnaire was framed to collect basic information that will show the understandability of the public about health insurance and to know the services they wanted in health insurance. This method was exercised to collect the primary data from the responders. This data was analyzed with the help of analytical tools such as ranking and percentage. Constructive suggestions were provided with the help of results derived.
