LEARN360 – The Student Learning and Management System

Abstract

For many colleges and enterprises, an ordered and methodical office solution is crucial. Any institution has a variety of administrative divisions for the upkeep of student and college databases. These departments all offer different student records in a variety of formats. The majority of these track records must keep student information current. The specialized information connected to departments, such as data collecting, or general information about students, such as name, address, performance, attendance, etc. In college administration, every module is interconnected. They are manually maintained. As a result, they must be automated and centralized because data from one module is required by another. For instance, when a student requests their course completion certificate, several facts about the student must be verified, including their name, registration number, year of study, the examinations they took, and many other specifics. Therefore, it requires getting in touch with every module, including the ones for the office, department, exam, and student results. In light of this, we made the necessary improvements to the processes and completely revamped the current Student Database Management System. Administrators using the system will discover that managing their classrooms, including tracking attendance and recording and retrieving student information is now a breeze. In general, this initiative seeks to increase effectiveness while preserving the accuracy of the information.Features and advancements that enable the achievement of this goal will be illustrated and highlighted later in this study.
