Abstract

An investigation of the appraisal of online
trading alternatives concerning various
financial services. The primary study's
purpose was to evaluate the online trading
platforms via which a predetermined number
of transactions were made. The type of study
undertaken for this work is descriptive, and
the sample size employed was 200. This
study's methodology is secondary and
primary data collection techniques. In this
study, a structured questionnaire was
employed to collect the data. For analysis and
interpretation, graphical representation and
percentage analysis were utilized. This essay
mostly examines Customer comments and
recommendations that can help us take the
required steps to solve problems better. The
results showed that the majority of
respondents were happy with the
organization's online trading services. The
job would undoubtedly assist in predicting
client wants and assisting the business in
taking the necessary actions. This study looks
at the new wave of Internet trading in terms
of sectors and brokerages. The stock market
is an important component of the Indian
economy that determines the country's
economic growth and financial status. The
only thing that makes a firm successful is
client pleasure. The purpose of this survey is
to determine client awareness about Internet
trading. The study's primary goal is to
comprehend how Internet transactions occur.
The main justification for investing in the
stock market is convincing and simple to
understand.
