Evaluation of the Village Council Service Activity

Abstract

The village council   application is often used where application management and information about local services are provided. The main purpose of this application is to provide better public service in the village by using the computer in the village council service application. Village panchayat is a decentralized organization that manages apps and provides information about village panchayat services. The proposed system will provide applications for various services and follow the application according to the law. The purpose of E-Village panchayath services includes providing information about services or services and applications for various village council services, which are also reviewed and updated by local committee staff. The most important regional institution in the Indian subcontinent is Panchayati Raj. However, it was not until 1992 that the Indian Constitution, through the 73rd Amendment, established it as the country's third tier of government. The usage of local government is critical to the proper management of the village. The effectiveness of the work depends on care, decision, public opinion, synchronization etc. To answer these questions, this study focuses on evaluating the implementation of BPD activities in villages using software and analytical tools based on qualitative methods. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews with stakeholders and literature research. The results of this study show that (borderline personality disorder) BPD performance is not good in villages for several reasons.
