In the exciting system contains lot of unnecessary equipment such as personal computer, high rating hard disk, etc. These costs are too high. In the proposed article described simplest method to install and monitor the surrounding through exciting devices. The merit of the proposed system is cost effective, so it is helpful for poverty and below poverty people. The outcome of the proposed system is very effective.
