Abstract

In the power grid; power is delivered from producer to consumer by means of generating station, transmission lines, distribution line, substation, step-down transformer that used to fulfill consumers daily needs. Generating station which generally transforms mechanical energy into electrical energy transmit its energy either through EHVAC line or HVDC line. The client particularly Sub transmission client associated at 33 kV, Primary client at 11 kV and optional client at 400 Volts. The paper takes thorough review of the existing grid system and suggests the valuable modifications.
