Abstract

People's recklessness in sliding their side stands (lifting the stand) when starting their bikes is one of the most prevalent causes among them. As a result, we suggest in this article an automated side-stand slider assembly that will raise the side-stand as soon as the rider starts the bike. A demonstration model is used in the project, and it features a bike starter and a frame to which a servo-controlled side stand is attached. The stand's status (standing on or standing off) is shown on the frame. The model comprises a microcontroller circuit that controls the stand sliding mechanism after monitoring the starter. The side stand assembly engages when the bike's ignition is turned on, prompting a servo motor to operate the side stand. When the side stand assembly is turned on by the motorcycle's ignition switch, the servo-driven side stand glides from the vertical position to the horizontal position (i.e., the stand is removed). The side stand assembly becomes inactive when the key is turned off and resumes its original role as a stand. As a result, we have an entirely automated side stand assembly for a motorcycle. The most common methods of propulsion are used to split the early development of the car into periods.
