Abstract

Grievance management consists of grievances filed by customers and employees. Employee grievance management is considered as the most important aspect of human resource management. Various factors are influencing the employee grievance management such as working condition, health and safety, performance appraisal etc. a fair grievance management contributes to employee productivity and workplace justice. Some of the IT companies properly adopting grievance identification strategies. Whereas some of the IT companies are negatively treated the grieved employees. While considering these aspects it is essential to study the impact of employee grievance management on workplace justice of IT sector employees. This paper made an attempt to analyze the employee perceptions on grievance management and its impact on workplace justice of IT sector employees in malappuram district, Kerala.
