Abstract

The Indian economy has been growing at a swift rate and has expanded in all major domains since the economic liberalization since the 1990’s. However, the Indian economy has also started focussing on start-ups as they can become the future business powerhouses. It has also become paramount to look at the internal problems in the start-ups which can hamper their growth and productivity. This paper looks at the start-ups from purely theoretical aspects, more particularly in terms of the internal environment. It also provides important insights into the internal working dynamics of the start-ups.
