Abstract

Turnover intentions are one of the crucial issues facing the organizations in recent times. There are a number of factors responsible for higher turnover intentions amongst employees in modern times. One of the important factors is the work culture prevalent amongst the organizations. Work culture has an important relationship with the stress on the job amongst employees. This job stress then leads to high turnover intentions amongst employees which is detrimental for any organization. This paper looks at the relationship job stress, work culture and turnover intentions from theoretical perspective.
