Effect of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance: Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable in Indonesia Siput House Foundation

This study aims: 1) to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance, 2) to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance 3) to analyze the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction 4) to analyze the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, 5) to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance 6) to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance through job satisfaction 7) to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Indonesian Snail House Foundation (YRSI). The study was conducted at the Indonesian Snail House Foundation (YRSI) with a study sample of 127 respondents. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with the of Amos 23. The results showed that: 1) there was an influence of leadership style on employee performance, 2) there was an influence of organizational culture on employee performance 3) there was an influence of leadership style on job satisfaction 4) there was an influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction 5) there was an influence on job satisfaction on employee performance 6) there is an influence of leadership style on employee performance through job satisfaction 7) there is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Indonesian Snail House Foundation (YRSI).
