The purpose of this paper is to study the detection of labour welfare practices at the workplace. Labour welfare is important to the progress of any organization, so, they ought to be kept joyful and provided for with justifiable wages, welfare packages, and other incentives which aren't continually given. And hence, there is a need to provide ample welfare facilities and social security to maintain organizational relations at working place. Labour welfare plays an essential position to inspire them closer to work.
