The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARSCoV2) is the pathogen responsible for the infectious disease known as coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Pregnant women and their newborns are an especially vulnerable group that requires urgent treatment in the current, rapidly expanding COVID-19 pandemic. This study aimed to assess staff nurses' knowledge of perinatal treatment during the COVID-19 epidemic in selected hospitals. The study's goals were to determine the staff nurses' level of knowledge regarding perinatal management during the COVID-19 pandemic and to determine whether there was an association between that level of knowledge and a particular demographic approach. A descriptive survey design was used. The information was gathered from 50 samples taken from selected hospitals. Results: The study findings show a positive view of the knowledge of staff nurses regarding perinatal management during the COVID-19 pandemic. According to this study, 28% of staff nurses have average knowledge, 22% have very good knowledge, and only 8% have poor knowledge, with 42% of staff nurses having good knowledge. An association was found between the knowledge level of staff nurses regarding perinatal management during the COVID-19 pandemic and hospital type (p<0.05).
