The center of the quest for a better system is always attributed to the need for improvement of care for the patient. This study aims to assess nurse's compliance of the nursing administrative process as a standard operating procedure. Simple percentage, Weighted mean and Chi square were utilized accordingly. Result/Discussion: A significant difference in the level of compliance of administrative nursing practice in the operating room unit between staff, senior and nurse supervisors. Senior nurses have the highest level of compliance in the patient's reception, preparation of the surgical field, ongoing surgery, and postoperative care. Furthermore, they were the front liners in performing these tasks inside the operating room while staff nurses reflected a moderately high compliant level in the field of patient’s reception, preparation of the surgical field and not compliant in the ongoing surgery and reflected a highly compliant in the postoperative care since it has been confirmed as claimed by staff nurses that they were only confined to function at the postoperative care unit in the operating room. Thus, they were considered the lowest compliant staff compared to the senior and nurse supervisors. Conclusion: Specific fields of the Operating Room unit have to be enhanced and fully developed. However, the level of compliance in the Nursing Administrative Process in the Operating Room has complied with the standard requirement of a tertiary health care facility.
