The breathing tract system is one of the important systems in human beings and it acts as a gas exchange process accountable aimed at eliminating carbon dioxide after the body and permitting oxygen to come in. The respiratory system, in other words, is the mechanism through which organic molecules are oxidised in cells and energy is liberated. To determine the prevalence of high-risk respiratory illnesses among industrial employees at a given time. This study's conceptual framework is based on a modified General System model. A survey design was employed in conjunction with a quantitative research technique. The nonprobability purposive sampling approach was used to choose the sample. With regards to the point prevalence of high risk for respiratory infections, out of 200 industrial workers assessed 18 (9 %) were at high risk, 89 (44.5%) were at moderate risk, and the majority 93 (46.5%) were at low risk for respiratory infections. The research was conducted to determine the high risk of respiratory infections among industrial workers, as well as the preventative measures that were put in place in the selected industries. The study's objectives were achieved by the researcher.
