Abstract

The nurse establishes directs and takes responsibility in the patient /public needs take priority over the nurse needs take priority. Nursing is a dynamic and challenging professional role of leadership. As the needs of education and their important transformation of health care system increases the future of nursing profession will leading change. As leadership roles the nurses will follow each and every task and put their duty in their shoulder, in order to deliver a quality health care system to the public. Leadership roles are not only influencing the thoughts and action of other people but also its influence of motivating people to attain the desired objectives. Nurse leader need a certain level of expertise and accuracy to be successful in a leadership role. Additional education, idea, concentrated practice and studies with other nurse leaders help nurses interested in moving into a leadership role will gain the knowledge and experience needed to do so.
