Abstract

Thermoelectric generators are utilized for changing over the warm energy into electrical energy. Waste heat energy has been the target for effective utilization of thermoelectric generators. In this study boiled rice water is utilized as the heat source and a set of thermoelectric generators are used for performance evaluation. Tests are carried out and the effectiveness of the thermoelectric generator system is determined, also the degree of error is calculated. The experiment consequences demonstrate that thermoelectric generator will be best secondary resource of electric energy. From this experimental research proper insulation for the system would increase the effectiveness.
