Performance Analysis of Intelligent Controller Based MPPT Connected PV System

The need of generating power is increasing to a greater extent in the present day world. The conventional energy power plants like Thermal, diesel, hydro and nuclear etc., were in the position of reaching the power demand in the world but due to the extinguishment of fossil fuels and other necessary conventional energy suppliers, the entire world is waiting for a big alternative solution to overcome the above power crisis problem. Solar energy systems are best among the renewable energy resources in the world. The major problem of extracting maximum power from the solar systems has been resolved by different conventional MPP techniques. But to enhance the solar panel's effectiveness, an intelligent controller has been used as a MPPT system. As the solar Irradiation changes with respect to the change in weather conditions, the output power fluctuates a lot. This problem can be overcome by placing an intelligent controller in the MPP system and the proposed intelligent controller was simulated in MATLAB/SIMULINK software for different Irradiation levels.
