AbstractIn order to fulfil the demand of urban population with sustainable development objective, precast concrete construction system in housing project is the ideal solution.This paper highlights the feature of precast system: the 3-P precast building system. The sustainability aspects of building construction need to be factored in for industrial housing construction. This building systemwas evolved and perfected to reduce the waste, save energy, save water, and create apollution free environment with smart construction methodology.
