A Review on Comparative Study of CSA and LSA along with p-delta, Creep, Shrinkage and Vertical Irregularity

As we all know from many previous year buildings are analyzed and designed in software’s like Etabs, Staadpro and many more making an assumption that all loads on building is applied at the same time but in real site circumstances it is found that any structure is constructed in stages not simultaneously that is loads which we generally apply are incremental in nature and we must incorporate this phenomenon in our analysis and design because due to this there is huge difference in the results which we get from LSA and real circumstances values so to incorporate this a new method of analysis is developed called construction stage analysis or sequence construction analysis. It is also found after the study of various research papers that time dependent properties creep, shrinkage, irregularity in building affects the CSA and must be given proper attention during analysis and design work. In this paper a large no of literature from past years till now have been studied and it is tried to know that what are the conclusions obtained from the results of papers have been drawn out and also what in future we can study in construction stage analysis as there is still large work is to be done in vertical
irregularity, pushover analysis, creep and shrinkage.
