A fundamental form of interaction between two people is communication. Since ancient times, people have used a speech to interact with one another. However, because of their handicap, persons who are deaf or hard of hearing find it extremely difficult to express their opinions. The goal of the social initiative project known as the "digital vocalizer" is to improve communication between the public and those who are deaf and hard of hearing. The number of deaf and hard-of-hearing people worldwide is thought to be around 9.1 billion. They encounter numerous difficulties trying to interact with society in their daily lives. The majority of the time, deaf people and those with speech impairments use sign language to communicate, but they often struggle to speak to people who do not understand sign language. To communicate with people, sign language relies on sign patterns, such as body language, direction, and movement of the arm and fingers, among other things. The idea behind this project is to address the need for creating an electronic device that can convert sign language into voice to make it easier for the dumb and deaf and the general public to communicate.
