Abstract

An ethical hacker is a network expert or computer who circumvents security measures on behalf of the system's owner to look for vulnerabilities that a malicious hacker might exploit. The Internet's rapid development has had many positive implications, including e-commerce, e-mail, cooperative computing, and new avenues for news and information dissemination. Businesses and governments are increasingly concerned about ethical hacking, sometimes referred to as intrusion testing, penetration testing, or red teaming. Associations worry about the possibility of being "addressed," and implicit guests worry about maintaining control over specific information. Hackers are categorized based on their knowledge and work. Ethical hackers are those wearing white hats. Ethical hackers employ gaming techniques to guarantee security. To protect the system from the damage caused by hackers, ethical hacking is required. The primary goal of the ethical hacking study is to evaluate the security and provide feedback to the target system's owner. This essay offers a concise overview of ethical hacking and all its facets.
