Copper Doped ZnO Thin Film Gas Sensing

Abstract

The preparation of Copper doped Zinc Oxide thin film with Dip coating methods is discussed in this paper. For sol-Gel preparation the investigator using Zinc Nitrate hexahydrate (Zn (NO3)2 .6 H2o) and copper nitrate hexahydrate (Cu(NO3)2.6H2O) into 100-ml from the size of the prepared thin film wear various by XRD, morphology was studied by using (FE-SEM) and the gas sensing was considered using acetaldehyde has been tested. The gas sensor factor such as response selectivity, response/recovery time towards NO2 was reported.
