Energy Harvesting: Automatic Solar Tracker System

A microcontroller-based prototype of an automatic solar tracking system is proposed in this paper. Light-dependent resistors are used in this solar tracker. By using this system we can automatically rotate the solar panel according to the movement of the sun. The objective of this work is to always get the maximum intensity of sunlight. In this paper, A small prototype of the solar tracking system is described to implement the design. It has a low cost and great efficiency.
