Automatic Number Plate Recognition Idea Development using AI-based ANNs

Abstract

This research article gives an in-depth idea of how to implement an automatic number plate recognition system using artificial neural networks, especially in crowded zones and during the passing of automobiles along with the tolls in expressways. This reduces the crowding of the vehicles near the tollways and thus speeds up the transportation process.
