This paper presents the hardware design of a brake wire failure indicator for a vehicle. In this essay, we provide a quick overview of the mini-project that we did that involved the design and development of the brake wire failure indicator. Our project's major objective is to create a brake wire failure indicator that may be used to prevent accidents and safeguard people's livelihoods. This brake wire failure indicator circuit may be created using a buzzer and an IC timer on a PCB, and the LED will blink depending on the input state. The wire that has been mistaken for a brake wire is linked across terminals, and LEDs blink in response to the circumstance. Just a few components are needed to make this very straightforward circuit. An application is implemented realistically when the work comes to a close. The finished prototype demonstrates the effectiveness and strength of the invention. This brake failure warning circuit determines whether the brake wire is continuous and illuminates the red light if it is. The work shown here is a mini-project completed by second-semester engineering students from Bangalore, Karnataka's Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering's electronics and communication engineering department.
