Abstract

Arduino is a platform for open-source devices with user-friendly hardware and programming. Arduino boards may interpret inputs such as light on a sensor, a finger on a catch, or a tweet and change them into outputs such as starting an engine, turning on an LED, or dispersing something on the surface. A microcontroller, a few LEDs, a reset button, and multiple input/yield pins are all components of an arduino board. With so many pins available, it's simple to receive data from sensors or operate a variety of engines and actuators. That is what makes arduino such a fantastic tool for studying complex mechanics. The Internet of Things (IoT) concept comes to life in the universe of control, a stimulating area that has exploded with new innovations. This task suggests a multipurpose robotic vehicle that uses sensors like thermister, gas sensor, and PIR sensor that can be controlled by Arduino and is IoT-dependent to detect deterrence, queue supporter, and human differentiation.

In this paper, we desire to design and construct a multi-purpose robot proposed to work with the help of various sensors, a wheel system and a wireless communication mechanism which is further discussed. It includes features like Human following, Line following, and Obstacle avoidance with IR remote and Mobile application controller. The movement of the proposed robot is wirelessly controlled within the transmitter's range of the bluetooth module. It can also perform various movements according to the required design drawn by the user, which is a feature included in the mobile application. This robot is expected to work well in sectors like shopping malls, homes, industry and various fields.
