As we know that now a days Convenience as well as safeguarding of our home and office and work place appliances have become very important when we are dealing with a type of advance and growth of our economy. This research is responsible for focusing on the construction and design of a heat-monitoring system which has Double Sensor. The circuit worked on the basis of monitoring of temperature and there is an external input which is responsible to compare the level of temperature with the preset value of temperature. The output power which will work as output of the circuit is responsible to switched OFF or there is an alarm which will be triggered ON when the temperature of the input of external unit is equal to or it will be more than the pre-set value of temperature. This method which is used in the application of the single and very precise value which will be taken from the sensors used for measuring the temperature i.e., they produce a voltage which is directly proportional to the hotness or coldness. Basically we can say that the system is constructed by the help of using temperature sensors and comparators. The system will be powered by using a 12V power supply. The results of power supply are responsible to show that the test showed that the output of power of the circuit will become switched OFF. Thus, switching OFF the device of heating or an alarm will be triggered ON as the device exceeded the value of a preset level of temperature level. The normal operation of the systems and performances will be completely dependent on the difference of temperature in between the preset value of temperature and in the value of external temperature which is intended to be monitored. Thus, in this way we can say that the whole system has been monitored and tested and now it is ready for proper functioning of whole system.
