Abstract

Nowadays, we see a lot of gas leakage /wastage in hospitals, industries, even at homes...etc, sometimes very highly flammable or toxic gases are also spread/ leak, which is very dangerous to human health. For that we found solutions, we have done gas sensors using thin film. It is mainly focused on the leakage of toxic gases; the thin film will quickly sense the gas and report to others through Parameters, so we can rectify our problems as soon as possible. We will test this by using an X-ray spectroscope; it will be found better XRD pattern we get good detected (h k l) peaks. On Fe-Sem will be taken it shows nano-rod and nano-rod will be observed. From EDAX analysis Zn will be present at 30.01%, and O will be present at 30.25 %, and we use Na- CMC for thickness. It will also act as a thickening agent, for Electrical resistivity it will give a positive terminal co-efficient region of 1.5x10-6 M Ωm at 50.19°C, which will be detected and finally, we take a gas sensor test. The best results will be obtained by using the formula of Ra/Rg (Resistivity in air/ Resistivity in gas).
