Abstract

The Internet of Medical Things is crucially designed in favour of enhancing electronic medical equipment security, precision, and accuracy. Because it reduces the cost of health care, confirms fast attendance of medical replies, and enhances the quality of medical treatment, the Internet of Medical Things (IoMTs) should be seen as an investment and an improvement in responding effectively and efficiently to patient needs. The Internet of Things (IoT) is a network of wireless, linked, and networked electronic devices that can acquire, send, and store data without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction. The fast development of the Internet of Things, which has the potential to significantly improve human quality of life in a range of industries, is creating a swing of new opportunities. Security and privacy problems, on the other hand, take centre stage in electronic health (e-Health) systems, and resolving them will grow increasingly complex as IoT is included in it. Basic enabling technologies include communication protocols deployed between sensing nodes and processors, as well as the dispensing algorithms necessary to generate output from sensor data. However, several new technologies are now supporting these enabling technologies. IoMT systems have undergone practically full transformations as a result of the deployment of artificial intelligence. This initiative will also help academics learn about the applications of IOT in the healthcare business.
