Abstract

Endoscopy is a really settled perspective that empowers the ability to look at inside the human body with a non interfering technique. This paper bases on building up a low unusualness, low force blower for video case endoscopic applications. Here, the credits of endoscopic pictures are explored first and a calculation is made around these attributes with the target that it better suits the application. This is trailed by DPCM and Golomb Rice coding and the picture is changed over to squeezed piece stream. The redid pictures will be reviewed for checking the MMSE and PSNR respects.
