Abstract

In recent times, the focus of educators is now on using ICT effectively in their teaching-learning process. Both teachers and administrators are facing challenges with successfully integrating new technology into classroom procedures. This empirical study sought to uncover the need to use ICT skills that is inevitable in education, specifically in B.Ed. teacher training institutes in Jaipur, as well as the factors that influence the use of ICT to make teaching-learning effective in B.Ed programme. To analyze the study empirically, a survey method was used. The findings revealed that the teacher educators were eager to include ICT into the teaching-learning process and agreed to its importance. Only due to some unavailability, proper training, less resources the aspect of technology sometimes neglected in the training institutions.
