Abstract

By using the Dip coating method, we prepare a Copper doped Zinc Oxide thin film, for Gas sensor, are we discuss in this paper. For sol-gel, we prepared two different solutions at first we use Zinc Nitrate hex hydrate (Zn (NO3)2.6H2o) and organic polymer sodium carboxymethylcellulose (Na-CMC) (thickening agent) as basic material and copper nitrate as a dopant and XRD, (FE-SEM), Electrical resistivity, VI characteristics, and EDAX analysis are discussed and finally, Gas sensing was studied and verified using closed chamber method.
