Abstract

Cancer detection is of prime aim nowadays. Biosensors play a key role in pathophysiology in the detection of Pathogens. Electrochemical biosensors, the namely amperometric biosensor is used in the detection of cancer at an early stage. PANI test on a biosensor with different bulk solutions increases the conductivity of the living cell along with a high scan rate. The cancer cell cannot respond to the PANI test with a very high scan rate. The various bulk solutions used are K4FeCN6+Nacl, Tio2+H2SO4 combinations, and also NacL+Ferro ferri solutions. Out of these combinations, the best bulk solution is proved to be K4FeCN6+NaCL with good responsively and sensitivity. The results are proved to be the best for the detection of Cancer with K4FeCN6 and NaCl. The results were not too good for other bulk solutions excluding K4FECN6 and NaCl as notified above. The Ligand used in this work is GOx (Glucose Oxidase) which is best suited for diabetes detection but used for Cancer cell detection at different stages. The process of detection is carried out by an amperometric biosensor with potassium Ferro cyanide and Sodium chloride bulk solution. Initially, the Ferri test is carried out and made the biosensor ready for detection of cancer cell later followed by PANI test to set up threshold values of Current which is deciding factor for cancer detection. To find the stage of cancer the bulk solution is added by GOx which acts as a LIGAND diagnosis of cancer at a particular stage. The outcome of the research is presented in the form of current in mill amperes, microamperes, Nano amperes, and Pico amperes.
