Touchless Doorbell using IOT

Abstract

The IOT has made it become possible to set up a smart home security by which you can manage to make your doorbell virus-free and germs-free and also for security. It is not too complex but little expensive to manage your home or office security. During this pandemic, it is risky to touch anything and doorbell is also one of it. It maybe the carrying the virus on it and also robbery can happen because of traditional doorbell. The installation of the security system is more expensive. This issue can be prevented by a touchless doorbell system, which is IOT enabled. In this system, the infrared sensors are used with Arduino UNO or NANO. On motion detection the system makes the buzzer sound informing the owner that someone is there in front of the door. If thief tries to break the door the doorbell will detect the motion and will make the buzzer sound to inform the owner. Thus, robbery will not happen.
